1. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
If you miss an appointment without notice, the full fee may be charged.

2. Payments

Payment is required at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
We accept EFTPOS, credit card, cash.
Private health insurance rebates may be available, depending on your cover.

3. Health & Safety

Please provide accurate health and medical information so we can offer safe and effective care.
If you are unwell or experiencing contagious symptoms, please reschedule your appointment.
Participation in exercise or treatment programs is at your own risk. We will provide guidance, but you are responsible for listening to your body and working within your limits.
