Jen Edge – The Wellness Edge Physiotherapy

Jen Edge is a Holistic Physiotherapist, Exercise Scientist, and Menopause Coach with over 20 years of experience helping people move better, feel stronger, and live with more confidence in their bodies.

As the founder of The Wellness Edge, Jen has built her reputation on treating the whole person—not just the injury. Her work has evolved to focus on supporting women through the physical changes of perimenopause and menopause, particularly the often-overlooked musculoskeletal symptoms like joint pain, muscle loss, tendon injuries, and pelvic floor dysfunction.

Jen is known for her practical, no-fluff approach to health. She blends evidence-based physiotherapy with real-life strategies that women can actually stick to—helping them reduce pain, rebuild strength, and get back to the activities they love without fear or frustration.

Areas of Specialty

Jen has a particular interest in:

      • Emsella Pelvic Floor Strengthening: Bladder leakage and urinary incontinence affects 38% of women, especially after childbirth, high-impact exercise, around menopause, and with age. Emsella uses breakthrough technology to assist with restoring pelvic floor muscle strength.

      • Menopause related pain physiotherapy: Women going through perimenopause and menopause can struggle with new muscle and joint pain and pelvic pain that they’ve never experienced before and that can come out of nowhere.

Through her clinic, online programs, and educational content, Jen empowers women to understand what’s happening in their bodies and take back control. Her signature philosophy is simple: midlife isn’t the beginning of decline—it’s an opportunity to rebuild, reset, and come back stronger.

Outside the Studio

When Jen is away from work, you’ll find her enjoying the outdoors. She loves rowing, cycling, the beach and pickleball and loves going to the movies!
