Angela Waters | Revitalise Physio

Angela brings warmth, skill, and a genuine passion for helping women to every aspect of her work. She loves the outdoors, community, and supporting women’s health, which is reflected in her approach as a physiotherapist.

Graduating from the University of Newcastle in 2012 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Class I Honours), Angela gained a strong foundation in hospitals before moving into private practice, where she has spent the past six years developing her expertise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Her career has also taken her overseas — she spent three months in Papua New Guinea, providing physiotherapy aid and training in remote communities.

Angela’s passion for women’s health physiotherapy has grown over the past four years, shaped not only by her professional training but also her personal journey through pregnancy and birth. After experiencing a challenging first birth and then a much more positive experience with her second — supported by prenatal Physiolates and birth preparation — she felt called to dedicate her skills to supporting other women through similar stages of life.
