Angela Waters is a physiotherapist with over 14 years of experience helping women move better, recover well, and feel more confident in their bodies.
Graduating from the University of Newcastle with First Class Honours in 2012, Angela developed a strong foundation in hospital and private practice settings before discovering her passion for Women’s Health Physiotherapy. Her own experiences with pregnancy, birth, recovery, and pelvic health inspired her to further her training and dedicate her career to supporting women through the many physical changes and challenges they may experience throughout life.
Angela takes a holistic, whole-body approach to care. She combines evidence-based physiotherapy with hands-on treatment, movement rehabilitation, and advanced training in women’s health, musculoskeletal physiotherapy, visceral and neural manipulation, scar tissue therapy, and Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA).
She believes that lasting change comes from understanding the body as an interconnected system rather than treating symptoms in isolation. Taking the time to listen and understand each person’s unique story, Angela works collaboratively with her clients to support healing, restore confidence in their bodies, and ultimately help them revitalise their health and wellbeing.
Outside the clinic, Angela is a wife and mum of three daughters who loves spending time outdoors, whether that’s swimming, camping, hiking, skiing, or simply enjoying nature with her family.
