Rachel is deeply passionate about osteopathy and genuinely loves supporting her patients through all stages of life. With her warm and compassionate approach, she takes the time to truly listen, ensuring every treatment is tailored to the individual needs of each woman and her family.
Graduating from Southern Cross University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Clinical Sciences (double major in Human Structure and Function and Osteopathic Medicine) and a Masters of Osteopathic Medicine, Rachel is trained in a wide range of techniques. Her style can range from strong, direct approaches to gentle, indirect methods — always with a focus on holistic, patient-centred care.
Over the years, Rachel has treated people of all ages but has developed a special passion for women’s health, pregnancy, postpartum care, and paediatrics. She finds joy in working with infants and children, using gentle, safe techniques while creating a relaxed environment where parents and little ones feel at ease.
Rachel is also committed to continued learning, regularly attending seminars and courses to expand her knowledge and stay up to date with the latest evidence-based care.
