Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Alara Women’s Health, we understand that life can be unpredictable. To respect both your time and ours, we kindly ask that you follow our cancellation guidelines:

  • 24 hours’ notice is required for cancelling or rescheduling appointments.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.
  • Missed appointments (no-shows) may be charged at the full session rate.
  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure the next client is not delayed.

Refunds:

  • Pre-paid sessions, classes, or packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another service or rescheduled within the expiry period.
  • Refunds will only be considered in special circumstances and are at the discretion of management.
