Your Rights

As our client, you have the right to:

  • Receive respectful, compassionate, and professional care at all times.
  • Be listened to and have your concerns taken seriously.
  • Be fully informed about your care, treatment options, and progress.
  • Ask questions and participate in decisions about your health.
  • Have your privacy, personal information, and confidentiality protected.
  • Access services that are inclusive, non-judgmental, and supportive of your stage of life and individual needs.

Your Responsibilities

As our client, we kindly ask that you:

  • Arrive on time for your appointments.
  • Provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
  • Respect the time, space, and wellbeing of our team and other clients.
  • Be honest about your health history, symptoms, and goals so we can best support you.
  • Follow treatment and exercise recommendations to get the most out of your care.
  • Ask questions if you are unsure and let us know if something doesn’t feel right.
